We had a warm welcome at Vinu's place. The family is very friendly and breakfast very good. The place was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. It's a short walk from the beach but away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet and peaceful
Very beautiful and peaceful place to stay, nice garden and pool where you can really swim. Beach, Restaurants, Bars, ATM, scubadiving in walking distance. The staff is very nice and helpfull if there is something to organise or if something needed to be fixed up.
Bungalow: The bed was really comfortable and the outdoor-bathroom is fantastic. There is also a comfy, quiet terace in front of the bungalow.
Beautiful architect designed mid century villa perfectly situated at the end of a cul - de - sac,so it's extremely quiet and peaceful.Its a short walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to Matara where there are plenty of restaurants and shops
A very relaxing and unusual place to stay
Amazing location right on a quiet, beautiful beach. Felt like a rustic, peaceful getaway. There is a nice hotel next door where you can eat or use the facilities if you want to (for free if you spend 10k rupees on food). The house still feels private and secluded, not overlooked.
Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Absolutely beautiful place. The rooms are luxurious, it’s modern, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. The housekeeper was a very friendly lady and the owner is helpful and responsive. The place is so peaceful and in a quiet part of town, but only 5 minutes walk to the beach.
It is probably the nicest place I have stayed in Sri Lanka. For the price it is an excellent deal and I highly recommend it anyone, you won’t regret staying here.
The two owners are lovely and know exactly how to make you feel at home. The place is very clean, well maintained and looks brand new. The beds are super comfortable and all in all it feels like a luxurious small hotel at a nice and quiet place :)

Every room has luxury facilitys. (Ac,fan,mosquitoes nets, balcony, complimentary items ect..) The apartment equips with kitchen and accessorys. Easy access to matara city. ❤️ foods was amazing and delicious 😘 If you looking peace and quite beautiful place to staying this is the best place in matara.. ❤️
Sithum and his mother were great hosts. They are friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was a nice local breakfast and I got a bit different breakfast every morning. The location is perfect for a surfer as the Madiha Reefs are just a few minute walk away. The guesthouse is also nice and quiet as it´s not too near to the mainroad. Great value and good location for a surfer who wants a peaceful place to stay right next to some good surf spots.
