Location is a little while from the main areas so you do need a Tuktuk to get from A to B, but this is very easy and means you are in a quiet location at night.
Absolutely fantastic hotel. It was a little bit of luxury for a night after a busy month of travelling. The room and bathroom were huge, quiet and very comfortable. I enjoyed the gorgeous pool, balcony and even some TV with Netflix and Prime access! The staff were very nice and accommodating.
Pretty much loved everything! Family running it are so kind and helpful. They helped us organise trips/best ways to get to attractions, and they even brought us some free food which was so kind. The rooms were super modern and really clean - bedding was super soft/Western style rather than the thinner ones we were given elsewhere in SE Asia. Location was super quiet and peaceful too so we slept well - like a 10-15 min walk into the centre. Bed was comfy. AC was decent.
Lay and his lovely family were the perfect hosts who made us feel so welcome during our time in Battambang. The room was beautiful and the hotel was in the perfect location, very close to everything you need but also very peaceful and quiet. We forgot to mention that we had the best nights sleep here, the beds are so comfortable! Wishing Lay and his family the very best for the future :)
Very pleasant stay, family was very kind and welcoming. Excursions were easily organised allowing us to see all attractions in Battambang, with the benefit of staying in a quiet, peaceful area.
We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and a small sitting room., which was very cosy. It had traditional Cambodian furniture and a useful fridge. We loved our balcony, which overlooked the pool. The pool was wonderful after a hot day of sightseeing. It was centrally located but peaceful and quiet - an oasis!
Staff was extremely helpful during the check in process. Letting me know information and activities booking was available should I require it. Friendly and conversant. Property was relaxing and quiet peaceful
Nice family homestay in a quiet and green area. The hosts are absolutely lovely !! They can arrange bus commute for you to your next destination which is very convenient. They allowed us to take an extra shower before taking our sleeping bus the night after we stayed at their place. But the best part was booking a day trip with Sarom (host) to visit Battambang and its countryside, learn about the Khmer culture and the genocide, taste some local specialties. Unforgettable moments of discovery !!
Good location, central, but off a quiet and peaceful courtyard. The accommodation can put you in contact with a very kind and reliable tuktuk driver so it's very easy to arrange tours and visits in the area.
Lots of good places to eat in the immediate vicinity.
