The view from the room is excellent and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. The onsen is a great bonus and quite the family experience as you are able to lock the door when using the facility. Also the game room and other common areas are nice additions to the hotel.
The host was a friendly family man with a very sweet dog! He was helpful throughout our stay. The location is very peaceful and quiet by the lake, and if you are facing the lake you can see the beautiful Mt Fuji! One of our favourite locations to stay at throughout our trip. The room was well kept and the beds/tatami mats were super comfortable!
The host Marie is absolutely fabulous and most helpful. She picked me up at the bus station and offered to bring me back. Guests can use bikes to get around. The room is spacious with good AC. I loved the traditional bathroom and the Japanese breakfast she offers for 1,000 Yen. Very peaceful and quiet place. Highly recommended!
