The staff was warm and always eager to help. The room and facilities were clean and cozy too. Perfect place to come back to after a full day of hiking/sightseeing. The location was really convenient too, just a 10-15 min walk from the station and very near major tourist attractions. There's also a lounge to chill in, kitchen for cooking meals and laundry (washing + drying) can be done for 500 yen!
Very quiet, clean and peaceful with a large common area. Bedroom was quite large. Very clean lots of toilets and showers. Right near family mart and atms as well as the Castle. Staff were very accommodating and let me check in my bag early. Towels and robe given (I stayed in the traditional Japanese room). Kettle and microwave available. Very good location.
Location was quiet and peaceful. Overall, was a great hotel.
