Dancru Netz hotel is less than a 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo One Ski Resort and the Hakuba Saegusa Museum. Hakuba Station is 12 minutes away by car, and the Hakuba 47 Mountain Sports Park can be found less than a 30-minute drive away.
The Standard Twin was spacious enough to fully open two medium size luggage. It has also a basin where you can brush your teeth in the room without the need to head out. The floors are also heated and you can adjust the temperature.
The toilets were well maintain even though it is shared. The most unexpected feature that we enjoy most of our stay is the onsite onsen. They have two private onsen of different size.
They have an onsite dry room for shoes/gloves as well as your ski/SB equipment.
It is located a short 2 min walk to the main echoland street where they are plenty of good food. The only thing you wish for after a long day of ski/sb is to find food nearby. The main street has everything from ski/sb rental to convenience store and food. There are also free shuttle bus to various ski resorts within 2 mins walk from the accommodation.
This hotel has discount cards for both the ski/sb equipment rental and ski passes for selected stores/ski resorts.
Hakuba

It's beautiful, feels luxurious yet close to nature. A 10 minute walk from a modern path towards the bird sanctuary and hiking trails towards several waterfalls. The room was large and clean. The womans bath was pleasant, but the men's seemed to have a leakage.
All rooms have a view of the lake, a quiet and peaceful place. Ted and Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Use of Watercraft was a bonus.

It is set about a 10’ walk (slight uphill) from Yudanaka train station, and is a convenient base for visiting the snow monkeys, and onsens. Inspite of it being an old wooden house, it was calm and quiet; and I had most peaceful nights. The hosts were very caring and gave me good tips on places to visit.
The view from our room overlooking the pond was beautiful. It snowed the second day we were there and it was magical watching it snow and hang in the trees. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Our room was warm, spacious and comfortable. The staff were lovely, always helpful. The drinks available in the lounge after 5pm were great. The food was traditional and high class service.
Kizuna Lodge was the most homely place we have ever stayed. Sae and her team are all absolutely lovely and chatty and willing to go out of their way to help you and make sure you have a good stay. The breakfast is delicious, just what you need before heading to the snow. The facilities and rooms are very clean and the area is quiet and peaceful at night. Huge thank you to Sae for creating such a warm and welcoming environment, would definitely love to stay again!
Excellent location a brief walk from Nagano Station. Area is very quiet - peaceful nights sleep during our 4 night stay. 7/11 right next to the Hotel. Many freebies available such as ice cream, yakult - hot drinks. Fabulous Onsen. Very Good varied breakfast. Great to have so many restaurants nearby.
This was a lovely traditional Japanese ryokan. The outdoor onsen was beautiful and so peaceful in nature. The free stargazing tour was wonderful and the guide was so knowledgeable. The food included was delicious and generous, and it was nice to taste so many different Japanese foods. We were picked up and dropped off at the train station, included in the room rate. The ryokan is in a nice quiet location, but only a short journey from the station. The staff were very friendly.
