Lovely setting, very picturesque views, amazing food, hosts were very attentive and made you feel very welcome and relaxed. It was very peaceful, somewhere you could really switch off, they also have lovely cats who are very friendly, thanks for the stay!

The staff was kind and helpful, the property and pools are beautiful, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The spa and pools were a nice place to relax and we had a great dinner at the restaurant.
Borgo Solario is 15 minutes’ drive from Castiglione del Lago. It offers an outdoor pool, a furnished garden and free Wi-Fi throughout.

Beautiful renovation, loved the exposed beams. The bathroom was very nice. The whole place was thought out very well. Great place for relaxing, quiet. Loved the cats around the property. They seemed uninterested in humans, but to be fair, if I lived there, I'd be disintersted too (heaven for cats). The bed and pillows were very comfortable, I have back and neck issues so this was important. The grocery store was not too far from the property.

Carolina and Pablo were excellent hosts. The breakfast was very nice, with several options. The little house was very comfortable for our family of four, with two rooms so we had plenty of space, with beautiful surroundings and views. The pool is a plus in the property, so you can take a very nice dip during your stay. Several restaurants are close to the property, so you can have very nice culinary experiences. The town of Chiusi is beautiful, we were able to take a very nice wine and olive oil tour in a close "azienda". We also visited other tows in the Toscana, like Montepulciano and Siena. For our first time in the Toscana was a very nice experience, hope to come back!

The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are wonderful (it is family run)! We booked last minute and within minutes of booking the host reached out to coordinate arrival time and make sure we were able to find the property. The host met us at the car (in the rain) and escorted us to reception and then to our room. He took the time to show us where everything was in the room and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating for the time we wanted to eat breakfast (which was delicious!) and catered to our children (5 & 1). Would highly recommend staying here!!!
