Lovely location across valley from Orvieto. Room clean with air conditioning, bathroom small. Food good but dinner quite expensive, we’re kept waiting 15 minutes for a table and a similar time to pay. Overall, nice change of scene and quite good.

We have stayed in many apartments over the years but Marianna’s flat (apartment) was by far the most exceptional. High quality throughout. Outstanding cleanliness. Peaceful and quiet location, yet very close to the centre of town. Marianna was a delight to deal with both before and during our stay.
Location was perfect, quiet but within a short walk to the centre of Orvieto and a stunning view of the countryside. Accessibility to shopping, supermarket and local restaurants could not have been better. The host was fantastic and easy to access the area with easy parking arrangements.
It was nice to stay in the countryside with peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of towns/cities . Pleasant room with outdoor seating space . Hot shower . Amazing hidden gem in quiet patch of forest, pretty much the Italian Agriturismo dream ;-). Wonderful pool and surroundings, extreme good value for money. Can't praise enough this hotel. The staff was hospitable, the rooms were clean. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was a great selection and the location of the hotel is prime since it's just adjacent to the Duomo.
