The pool and garden are are very well maintained.
The area is nice and close to lots of amazing Umbrian villages and towns.
The kitchen is well equipped (just no oven) and cake on arrival is a lovely touch.
I can imagine coming back here again just the two of us, or with friends and family. Highly recommend!

Silvia is very friendly and helpful - our hire car was defective and she helped us sort this out, taking us to a local mechanic and then to a garage which sold the additive we needed.
The property was excellent - very peaceful, lots of space, lovely clean pool, and enough decent kitchen equipment to cook meals. Need a car to explore the area/get to restaurants etc.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming agriturismo in Umbria. Nestled in beautiful natural surroundings, this retreat exudes a sense of peace and comfort. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome and at home.
The rooms were spotless, and the beds were comfortable.. While the breakfast wasn’t overly abundant, it was still delightful, with fresh rolls and croissants served every morning.
We stayed here as two couples and had a wonderful time. The house has two toilets and one shower, which was perfectly convenient for all of us. The kitchen, while small, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
The warm and cozy atmosphere, along with the attentive staff and thoughtful details, made this agriturismo a perfect place to relax. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy the beauty of Umbria in great company!

Beautiful building, large, comfortable rooms. Had a real luxury feel, The swimming pool was very big and had great loungers around. The staff were all very friendly. I really liked the common areas and lounges for relaxing.
Beautiful location with an amazing view of the Umbrian countryside. Nice to have use of the pool, especially in the hot summer months. Choice of sweet or savoury continental style breakfast included, which made the accommodation good value. The owners were very kind, and it was clear they took good care of the properties and the grounds. In the yellow room, the memory foam mattress was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was superb. There was also a fridge, which we weren't expecting, and this was a welcome surprise.

This little B&B exceeded expectations. Located some 2 kilometres out of Montefalco it is situated in a quiet, peaceful rural location. Our hosts made every effort to make us feel welcome even though they did not speak much English. Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes provided on a daily basis.

This is a nice family run hotel and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Beds were comfortable. It has a great location in the village. It was peaceful and quiet. Some rooms have a quirky toilet half door but other rooms have bathrooms that are more private. Breakfast is good with fresh croissants and good quality ham.
