The property is beautiful! Our bungalow felt like it was nestled in the middle of a forest. The restaurant were we dined was truly a five star restaurant. The food was incredible, the wine recommendations were on point, and the service was great.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are wonderful (it is family run)! We booked last minute and within minutes of booking the host reached out to coordinate arrival time and make sure we were able to find the property. The host met us at the car (in the rain) and escorted us to reception and then to our room. He took the time to show us where everything was in the room and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating for the time we wanted to eat breakfast (which was delicious!) and catered to our children (5 & 1). Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Beautiful renovation, loved the exposed beams. The bathroom was very nice. The whole place was thought out very well. Great place for relaxing, quiet. Loved the cats around the property. They seemed uninterested in humans, but to be fair, if I lived there, I'd be disintersted too (heaven for cats). The bed and pillows were very comfortable, I have back and neck issues so this was important. The grocery store was not too far from the property.
Locanda Del Molino is just a 10-minute drive from Cortona and features a characteristic restaurant and pizzeria where you can sample authentic cuisine from the region in a cozy atmosphere.

The breakfast was not huge. But it had cereals and Steven made us fried eggs and omelette to order, which was good enough for us. Adding some fruits would have been nice.
The rooms are large, spotless with a large bathroom. A lot of thoughtful amenities like slippers, heated floors in the bathroom, fridge with complimentary drinks etc.
Short distance from Cortona so lots of restaurants and shops.

A fantastic agriturismo in the countryside. The apartment was comfortable, cozy and well equipped. The hosts are warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. I also highly recommend the restaurant, everything we tried was delicious. We hope to come again one day!
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes located in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, like trekking, bird watching, and cycling.
Really lovely property, good location, very quiet and relaxing. Property owners were very welcoming, helpful and checked out how we were getting on without being intrusive. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would not hesitate booking again.

For the price I paid, I can't really complain: the room had a huge balcony (and scenery), efficient AC and insulation, good tents blocking the sun in the morning. A fridge, ample drawers, and wardrobes were available.

Nice place in an isolated, rural environment with beautiful views over the lake. Every single member of the staff has been extremely friendly, smiling and attentive, with a special mention for the super ladies attending the breakfast room. Said that, despite its four stars classification, this is not the luxury resort that they portray themselves to be. It is just another one of those places that in Italy are known as “agriturismo”, and not the best I have ever seen.
Charming peaceful spot remote from roads and bustle. Lovely pool and shaded eating area. The owners were very very nice and went out of their way to meet us halfway (financially) when we said we’d be leaving early. Much appreciated. Also they did a brilliant job with the laundry and very reasonable cost. Again, much appreciated
