We LOVED every little thing. The hostess and her family were very welcoming and nice and the apartment was just perfect! Located 10 min drive from Ortisei, has an amazing view which is shown from the lovely backyard, clean rooms, warm and big. And a real great shower! It’s also the best equipment place we stayed so far in our Italy trip.
We honestly didn’t want to leave.

We absolutely LOVED Refugio Fermeda. !! The staff, cleanliness of facility and rooms, the breakfast , the amazing coffee and juice maker - carrot 🥕, pear 🍐 and ginger freshly made every morning The outdoor hot tub and sauna was an added surprise !

Like home. The staff was the highlight of the place - Marco served us with a friendly face every evening and the owner helped us with hikes bc of the change of weather. INVALUABLE ! It’s an easy 15 min walk to the hut. Great location for hikes ! GO! ❤️

I was definitely worth every penny spend. The house is located quite on top of the mountain thus the view is absolutely lovely. It was quiet and your privacy is ensured. Definitely would stay here again if we come back to Laion
Everything was perfect. Location is on top of the hill, peaceful, with a breathtaking view from terrace and front yard. Kids playground available behind the house (swing, slide, little wooden house...). Apartments are nice and comfortable with mountain views from all terraces.
Host was very nice and helpful. Keeps the place clean and tidy all day long. I definitely recommend Gspoi-Hof. We will come back for sure.
Beautiful place. Mrs. Dorothea is very pleasant and hospitable. The house is located in a quiet location, offers free parking, outdoor seating, swimming pool. We also got free bus tickets. The location offers beautiful trips around the accommodation. The accommodation itself is in a quiet location with a view of the valley. We were very satisfied :)
Outstanding stay in the middle of Dolomites. Great connection to Ortisei by car (Seceda line) and Val Gardena viewpoint. 45mins to Bolzano, 1h30m to Tri Cime trekking. Free parking. The apartment is freshly new, clean, well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, TV), but the main attraction is genial view from the balcony! The village is quiet and authentic, not another touristic centre with hotels. Worth visiting!
Wonderful family-run guesthouse. Giovanni and his family are the consummate hosts. Excellent communication, advice, and accommodations. Our suite was lovely, quiet, beautiful view. Housekeeping every day. Breakfast was a delight every morning. We enjoyed the quiet village of Laion, outside of the touristy valley towns, but easily accessible by bus, which ran hourly. It was a lovely hiking holiday in the Dolomites.
Nice view, clean and spacious, very comfortable… and it’s very new. Host were all very friendly. Quiet and peaceful. Like own home. And with two adorable cats.
Quite and peaceful location. Delicious breakfast, especially with the amazing views from the dining room. We had a rental car (recommended) and location was convenient to get to hiking spots. Florian and Barbara were excellent hosts, always smiling and helpful. Barbara's home cooked dinner (supplemental) was a delight after a long day. The communal fridge in the lounge was useful to store sandwiches for our hikes. Parking was easy. Facilities were very clean.
Location was close to hiking trails, hotel was easy to reach and close to main road and still quiet. People working there were great, and breakfast was really tasty with a good choice of food.
Comfortable place . Helpful and kind hostess. Quiet and peaceful.
