What a wonderful place and the family Winkler are such lovely people. We had the best view ever!!!! Looking over the valley and seeing the Dolomites on the otherside. We had a room with balcony: perfect. The room and bathroom were very good, the beds also. And breakfast was perfect. The way up to Zehrehof is a little bit winding but the views are stunning. There are some walkingtracks behind Zehrehof. We would definitely go back to the family Winkler on our next visit to the Dolomites. Lots of things to explore in Bressanone. I was definitely worth every penny spend. The house is located quite on top of the mountain thus the view is absolutely lovely. It was quiet and your privacy is ensured. Definitely would stay here again if we come back to Laion
Everything was perfect. Location is on top of the hill, peaceful, with a breathtaking view from terrace and front yard. Kids playground available behind the house (swing, slide, little wooden house...). Apartments are nice and comfortable with mountain views from all terraces.

Outstanding stay in the middle of Dolomites. Great connection to Ortisei by car (Seceda line) and Val Gardena viewpoint. 45mins to Bolzano, 1h30m to Tri Cime trekking. Free parking. The apartment is freshly new, clean, well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, TV), but the main attraction is genial view from the balcony! The village is quiet and authentic, not another touristic centre with hotels. Worth visiting!
Wonderful family-run guesthouse. Giovanni and his family are the consummate hosts. Excellent communication, advice, and accommodations. Our suite was lovely, quiet, beautiful view. Housekeeping every day. Breakfast was a delight every morning. We enjoyed the quiet village of Laion, outside of the touristy valley towns, but easily accessible by bus, which ran hourly. It was a lovely hiking holiday in the Dolomites.

Quite and peaceful location. Delicious breakfast, especially with the amazing views from the dining room. We had a rental car (recommended) and location was convenient to get to hiking spots. Florian and Barbara were excellent hosts, always smiling and helpful. Barbara's home cooked dinner (supplemental) was a delight after a long day. The communal fridge in the lounge was useful to store sandwiches for our hikes. Parking was easy. Facilities were very clean.
Location was close to hiking trails, hotel was easy to reach and close to main road and still quiet. People working there were great, and breakfast was really tasty with a good choice of food.
A nice room with a view to the valley, which allows you to see the sunrise and enjoy the fresh air. Quiet and peaceful place with a groovy donkey and pony. Very polite and attentive hostess.
