Beds were comfortable and the room (also one of the smaller) big enough
- there were three bathrooms for 8 rooms, which was sufficient
- it is off the main road so peaceful sleep possible
This hotel really exceeded our expectations, the rooms were great and everything around it great. Short walk to one of the best restaurant in the countryside of Iceland, Mika Restaurant.
Everything was good. Quiet place, nice clean room, good breakfast, restaurant directly in front of the hotel. We enjoyed hot tub outside after a long hiking day. Perfect place to stay on the Golden Circle.
Beautiful new hotel with excellent amenities. Loved the outdoor hot tub. Rooms smart and clean. Ensuite a decent size. Very comfy bathrobes. Breakfast was good in the chalet just outside the main entrance. Evening meal in the restaurant Mika just over the road, just make sure you book as seems very popular. Plenty of parking. Quiet location. Keyless entry to rooms which was efficient. Quick to get into the countryside for observing the Northern Lights.
