So cute, lovely quiet neighborhood, owner was delightful and so generous. Air conditioning in every room so u were cool no matter where u slept, provided snacks/drinks, even beach towels! Plenty of room for our family of 4 and kids could have their own beds.

The Captain's House is beautifully located above the center of Poros. I stayed for a very enjoyable week in October '22. There are some minor maintenance and cleaning issues but overall the space is perfectly adequate for a solo or couple.The view from the bedroom, balcony and the entry patio more than make up for any deficiencies. There are plenty of electrical outlets (unusual in an older house), the bed was comfortable, the shower, although small, was good with plenty of hot water, the kitchen was adequate for my needs, good wifi. I would definitely want to stay in the Captain's House on a return visit to Poros.

The view is amazing. Ermioni is a beautiful village that reminds you more of an island. The apartment is located on the quiet side of Ermioni and a few minutes walks from everything. The communication and staff were also great: polite, helpful and relaxed.
We had an amazing weekend. The apartment is brand new, spotless clean, fully equipped including a washing machine. Our stay was quiet and pleasant. Our host was very discreet, friendly and explained all the local must-see places. There is plenty of parking space. We strongly recommend Estia and we would love to visit again soon.
