Nice location very close to town of Ermioni. One double bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped - appliances all in good order. One bathroom is very modern and spacious, but it is outside the main house and the rain shower head wasn't working.

Very close to a nice beach, one minute on foot. The location is interesting, in a canal system with boats going around. Close to the port that takes to Hydra by boat. Renovated clean bathrooms.

We are two families and we stayed at Villa Madenia for 8 nights. 
 We loved the fact that we could be in separate apartments, with the option of having dinner all together on the terrace upstairs with a magnificent view of the sea and the islands and the sea breeze, or also downstairs in the garden if you have kids running around. We also really liked the comfortable spaces, the outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach, and the general 100% Greek feel, in the countryside and by the sea at the same time. We stayed on the top floor of the house, which is very bright and fresh with AC in every room and has a dishwasher, and our friends stayed downstairs which is slightly more simple but still very fresh with AC and lovely with a patio onto the garden. Internet works really well and is fast everywhere on both floors. Big plus, Teo is extremely helpful, gave us lots of info and was extremely responsive all the time. Follow his directions for the best things to do and for the best ways to get to the house!

We stayed at Filoxenos Estia - Krystallos for 3 nights towards end of August 2022. The first impression is the beautiful olive grove with pine trees around. Then the houses which are twin buildings located in the middle of the grove, with a chic design both inside and out. The house is very spacious, cozy αnd beautifully decorated. The view from the veranda is outstanding, the whole golf of Petrothalassa lying for kilometres till the horizon. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful. It gets even better when you realise that the nearest beaches are less than 10 minutes' walk from the house: one more crowded next to the near-by hotel, a smaller one which is practically private!

Situated within 500 metres of Agios Mamas Beach and 1.2 km of Paralia Spetson Beach, La belle Hélène provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Spetses.

Good quality for the price, as you get a house with 3 rooms and several terraces for the price of a hotel room. Easy communication with the owner. Location is ok: 10 min walk from the center, in a relatively quiet street.

The house was spotlessly clean, renovated and bright with everything you might need, from coffee and sweets to a hair dryer and an iron. The neibourhood was quiet with a mini market just around the corner. The land lady was always available to provide you with any assistance or information. She came to the port to pick us up and arranged for the luggage to be transported by a donkey. Thank you Smaragda for making our stay as smooth as possible.

Excellent location (2min walk from Dapia port), old but beautiful house, providing feeling of local traditional houses. The house was fully equipped. The Owner was very friendly (on the phone) and the Host was friendly and helpful, giving any information we requested (food, beaches, drinks, transportation, etc). All rooms equipped with AC, however the house was cool even with 38 C outside. There is a mini market, grocery and bakery within 4-5 min walk. Balcony provides some sea view and is recommended for afternoon/evening relaxed dinner/drinks. The house can easily accommodate 8 people (there are 4 bedrooms
