Diane was a great host, the house is in a rural area and they have a horse, ponies and a cute dog. Diane recommended a place to walk the dog and also made a good breakfast in the morning. The room has a comfy bed and the bathroom is very spacious. It's a good stop if you are visiting the Highlands.

Gorgeous hotel. Exceptional food, excellent service. Lovely clean, comfortable room. Folder in room with history/annual reports was a nice touch. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The hotel is an impressive Victorian building in a wonderful location in the heart of Inverness but quiet and peaceful. The very pleasant walk along to the Ness Islands and the Botanic Garden begins outside the door. Our room was tastefully decorated with a view over the River Ness and the bridge into the town centre. The train station was a short walk away. The swimming pool was excellent and there was no need to book it in advance which was great. There was also a hot tub.

Beautiful home with amazing grounds, so peaceful and quiet, a real find for a holiday. You will need a car to get about. Plenty of things to do and the family loved the hot tub. The grounds were all secure for dog and he loved being able to go out and about freely. Will defo be back. The welcome pack was a nice touch, beds comfy and home cleanxxx

It was our first time glamping and it was amazing. The property was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful with a forest to explore and lovely walks along the river. We enjoyed our visits from the friendly hens in the mornings.

It was a very good location with close proximity to public transport for access to city centre and a retail park for food. Nice quiet neighbourhood, very friendly and peaceful. Had no contact with host but messages were friendly and helpful. Good amenities for a short stay had all amenities as listed on description.

Emma and Josef are excellent hosts! Really wonderful people and enjoyed chatting with them! They were very organised and also very flexible to meet our needs. Breakfast was wonderful and there were so many choices! Emma was a real dear to cater for my wife's allergies. The room was very spacious, comfortable and with a good view of the nearby countryside. The area is very quiet and peaceful and also close to Culloden Moor, Inverness and other locations with a car. We would definitely stay here if we visit Scotland again!

The room was fantastic - spacious, comfortable, and with a luxurious mattress that ensured a great night's sleep. The highlight was undoubtedly the sizable bathroom, which offered plenty of room to move around. Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, making for a peaceful and restful stay. We only had the pleasure of staying one night, but we would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.
