Best stay we had in Tenerife. Amazing location, rural landscape, seeing both Teide and the sea. The house is really nice and cozy, the fireplace is awesome, the jacuzzi is nice and relaxing, kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable. It was a small but comfortable room, in the village closest to the plateau of Mount Teide (coming from the south side of the island). We took advantage of this, and drove back to the Teide National Park at night to go stargazing. The self check in went quite smoothly.

One of the best places we have ever been. Not only the location and the views are insane, also the house itself is wonderfully designed. The owner thought of so many small details in the decoration and gave us a wonderful welcome gift. We felt like we would live in a small paradise world. Lying on the hammock in the morning and eating breakfast outside with these views is incredible.
Before arrival, we already got a lovely message from the owner, with small tips and recommendations for restaurants. As the place is located in the mountains and there is no supermarket in the village of Masca, it’s recommended to get everything you need before arrival. Just in case, there is still quite a bit of food available in the house provided by the owner.

The location, the view, the cozy house - everything! The house was very well equipped with everything needed and even more - like hiking poles which would be really useful if you’re staying for longer to explore the area.
Communication with the host was easy + he gave us some great recommendations for trails in the area and answered all our questions.
I’d give this place 100/10 if I could and I’m already looking forward to returning!
Views probably some of the best in the world. Cleanliness and comfort, decor, very well equipped. Fantastic patio - loved hammock. Great shower. Felt very much at home. So peaceful - just listening to bees buzzing, birds singing and occasional goat bells!
We have just arrived home from a perfect stay in Sweet Home Masca, we couldn’t believe how much effort had gone into making our stay so perfect, from leaving us food for breakfast, all toiletries and even hiking poles to use whilst there. this really made the difference to our stay and we can’t wait to return to Sweet Home Masca.
A brilliant spot for a couple of hiking days. A wonderful and quiet place with a wonderful terrace to stretch the bones once the village gets quiet in the afternoon.
We expected the location to be good but it just blew us away from the peacea and quiet, the mountains views through to the stars at night. Considering its rural location it had a reasonable bus service (large mini bus rather than a bus) although the bus driver was not keen on taking our cases on our return journey but we resolved the issue. The apartment was finished to a very high standard through out
Stunning views from the terrace. It was cold at night, however, they have air con so that we could heat up the room. There were also some extra blankets. Location absolutely awesome. Dead quiet at night. It was a pleasure to stay there.
