Such a perfect location for hiking Mount Tiede and the village was so cute! There was a supermarket outside the hotel, a few lovely restaurants and it was a 20 minute drive to the start of the hike.
The staff member text us a few days before and were really quick to answer. They updated us with the self check in and made it really easy. They even recommended good places to eat.
The little kitchen was lovely with free tea and coffee.
The room was great - comfy bed and everything was clean. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it. Also such good value for money!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this accommodation! The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the morning views from the terrace were unbelievable!! Charming, nice and cozy Canarias bungalows in a quaint little village. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. We used public busses throughout Tenerife, the house is easy to reach by Titsa bus several times per day. Bring food as there is no store in the village. The local bar of the owners' brother offers tasty meals, my goat stew was fantastic. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, he brings fresh rolls (even whole grain) every morning. We took the public bus to Masca and hiked back to the house, enjoying a most scenic 5h tour. This is the perfect place for individual travels to explore the mountain range. Extremely well cleaned and maintained. A wine cooler holds a nice choice of local wines.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
A beautiful place for people looking for a quiet place and rest. Close to the Masca valley , bus stop and restaurant. Beautiful views of the mountains. Good contact with the host. I recommend 🙂
The location, the view, the cozy house - everything! The house was very well equipped with everything needed and even more - like hiking poles which would be really useful if you’re staying for longer to explore the area.
Communication with the host was easy + he gave us some great recommendations for trails in the area and answered all our questions.
I’d give this place 100/10 if I could and I’m already looking forward to returning!
Views probably some of the best in the world. Cleanliness and comfort, decor, very well equipped. Fantastic patio - loved hammock. Great shower. Felt very much at home. So peaceful - just listening to bees buzzing, birds singing and occasional goat bells!
We have just arrived home from a perfect stay in Sweet Home Masca, we couldn’t believe how much effort had gone into making our stay so perfect, from leaving us food for breakfast, all toiletries and even hiking poles to use whilst there. this really made the difference to our stay and we can’t wait to return to Sweet Home Masca.
A brilliant spot for a couple of hiking days. A wonderful and quiet place with a wonderful terrace to stretch the bones once the village gets quiet in the afternoon.
We expected the location to be good but it just blew us away from the peacea and quiet, the mountains views through to the stars at night. Considering its rural location it had a reasonable bus service (large mini bus rather than a bus) although the bus driver was not keen on taking our cases on our return journey but we resolved the issue. The apartment was finished to a very high standard through out
Stunning views from the terrace. It was cold at night, however, they have air con so that we could heat up the room. There were also some extra blankets. Location absolutely awesome. Dead quiet at night. It was a pleasure to stay there.
