The location is excellent and the enclosed garden was great for us (holidaying with dogs). The house is really pretty in a small village and very quiet.
The bedding was excellent, soft and luxurious.
Everything that you need is there including coffee machine and pods, towels and dressing gowns also lots of local information with maps and guides.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
Quiet, tucked away little cottage in a little village with fantastic walks around. The small village had everything you need including 2 restaurants, butchers, bar/cafe, a supermarket and a bakers all in walking distance.
I enjoyed the rural setting surrounded by mountains and close to great hiking trails, the very friendly service, traditional style of the accommodation and excellent home cooking.
Fantastic breakfast we thought, with lots of lovely fresh produce and samples of the cheese that is made on site. Really lovely place to stay, in the countryside, where there wasn't much accommodation on offer.
