We absolutely loved our stay here. We booked last minute and were so glad we did! Verónica the host was in contact right up until we arrived. We realised no food places were open on a Monday and she kindly cooked for us In the evening which was lovely! Our room was wonderful, brand new and clean and just as pictured. We were offered freshly made juices, fruits off her trees in the garden and she honestly couldn’t do enough for us. Verónica even kindly arranged us a taxi back to the bus station. If you are thinking of staying here, PLEASE do! Everything about our stay was 10/10!

I really loved the quietness of the location. Inside the studio apartment was amazing. Extremely comfortable bed, cooker and fridge with all utensils provided. I cooked 2 meals a day here with ease and enjoyment. My view out my window was volcano Imbabura.
Lovely family living next door who own the place and they really look after the place. They have a lovely family dog and cat. The water in the shower provides strong pressure and always hot water available. There is also a blender in the kitchen for making smoothies. Highly recommend. I stayed 4 nights.

We stayed just one day in Otavalo, but in that short period of time they really impressed us with the professionality.
The view was amazing, you can see the lake from there. It is very quiet, a nice place to rest. The place has a very cool charm to it, and the staff was extremely nice. They made a small fire for us at night, and prepared an early breakfast for us. The heating was not that strong, but it was ok.
A very nice hostel where you immediately feel like you are in good hands. The family is very nice and accommodating and there are many hiking opportunities in the area besides Otavalo. You also get an impression of rural life in Ecuador, which I really liked.
Lovely place, lovely hosts. Eduardo and Nathalie are really friendly and helpful. The cabaña was very nice, clean. The whole place is beautiful, in a quiet environment a little bit outside of Otavalo but not too far. The kids loved the homemade Zipline! And we even got to hear our hosts sing beautiful songs from different countries of Latin America on Saturday night. Breakfast with fresh fruit juice and delicious hot cocoa.
Wonderful hostel! Owned and managed by a delightful indigenous family who took the time to tell us about local life. Quiet location a bit outside of town, but within easy walking distance, even with kids. Felt very safe and had secure parking. Nice views of the valley and volcanoes. We would definitely stay there again!
The owners are very helpful and kind. The place is peaceful and most of the time quiet (depends on other guests staying there). We stayed in Casa Museo a bit longer as we need to focus on work and the internet connection was really good. if there was a kitchen, the place would be perfect.
