Love the cottages, the fire, nostalgic ambience and the peace. Love the location, husband has had surgery and needed the quiet to heal and relax so the location was ideal to stop him being tempted to gallivant around the countryside. There was less of a vineyard view than I'd expected. However, the outlook was green and very much out in the country. It was very peaceful. If you are there with a few others living in another chalet or two, or if you want quiet and being on your own, this place is okay.
The sun shining bright and warm on the verander each day. Lots of wood for a warm cosy night. Magic spa was so relaxing. The cottage kitchen was well equipped. The dog was so beautiful. It was so close to everything. Excellent wine and food. It was so very peacefully quiet.
The cottage is in a peaceful location next to the lake. There were beautiful views from every angle and so much birdlife. We loved the bird watching from the outdoor patio. The place was impeccably clean. And it was great that everyone had their own bathroom too.
Quiet peaceful location. Emerson's restaurant was particularly good - had dinner there Friday night and breakfast Sunday morning. Great bonus for adina vineyard.
