The building is well maintained despite of its origin restored heritage. Its cleanliness, ambience was calming and relaxing, suitable for work travellers who wants to have a good rest after long day! Not to forget the taste of breakfast food was top notch! Sambal bawang nasi lemak was the highlight of my meal! Thank you.
Very big, cozy and nice room with a great view. Pool and whirpool very nice and observed by a guard. Rooftop bar and skyline restaurant absolutely awesome. Staff very friendly and helpfully. Its an older building, but very clean and charming. You can feel also a multicultural ambients with happy clients.
My recent stay at The Palm Suite was delightful. The hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay without any fuss. The room was clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. We absolutely loved our 3 day stay at this property. The building is lovely, very thoughtfully restored. Also, the location is super convenient. The breakfast spread had a good mix of local and continental food, the staff are very warm and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. The pulley for the luggage was a fun addition to this heritage structure. Highly recommend!

Staying in a charmingly beautiful heritage bungalow is a treat in itself. The old mansion has been restored to its original design. The decor is stunningly beautiful. The location too is pretty central. The rooms are big and comfortable. Apart from the fact that you’re staying in a heritage mansion, what makes it better is the impeccable warmth of the hosts, in particular AiTee. She was so generous and kind! The afternoon tea and the breakfast served was also excellent
