The environment is comfortable and not too crowded. Glenn Eagles hospitals is just a few steps away. Close to George Town and many attraction spots. Mr. Melvin is the nicest host I have ever met. He always make sure I feel safe and comfortable even before, during and after my stay. He will provide you with many information you need such as most popular attraction, where to eat, best places to visit and many more.
When I need his help urgently, he responses with an amazing action. You wont believe this but he drives about 1 hour to lend me his hand. And you know what? It's midnight!! I can't thank him enough. I highlight recommend his place to everyone who wants to visit Penang.

We are a big family of 10, which includes 2 little kids and one elderly. The house is big enough for all of us. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a KTV room, and a small pool for little kids. The location is bit far from the center, if you don't mind taking the grabs which will take you some time with less fee, here may be an option. If you have cars, it'll be very convenient because you can park your car in the front yard. Though the place isn't in the center, there's a market nearby for food, and also some restaurants around. The owner is very nice, she fixed the problems ASAP. In short, my family have a pleasant stay there.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The property is clean and well maintanined. Although it is pretty basic and the building is quite old but the property is cosy. The neighbourhood is quiet despite having MRT construction nearby and quite near to the area we were travelling to (we were travelling to Gelugor).
This place is out of my expectation!! I booked a room for 4 with such a reasonable price since my plan is visiting penang hill early in the morning!! Nice double decker double bed with huge clean toilet to accommodate us!! A Tv is bonus... This lodge is surrounded with left n right food stall!! Nice food too...i had try both....
This lodge is super clean n look new .... happy with my 2 night stay here!!! It also has a fridge n water dispenser!!

2. The cozy and cleanliness of the room.
The hotel is small but quite complete + very comfortable, and I like it very much because I feel very homely during my stay there. It is operated by 2 very friendly and bubbly sisters who would do anything to ensure our stay is comfortable. My mom and some guests even had their breakfast in pyjamas every morning as everyone is treating it like their home. It doesn't have that kind of formality and restrictions as in an international 5 star hotel. Very family oriented and cosy!
