It was comfortable and had all the things we needed. Most of all, the setting and the view is beautiful. I loved the bird songs the sheep across the valley, the horses in the pasture next to the house. And the house was cozy and cute.

Our cottage was very cosy and very clean, cannot fault it on anything. We enjoyed the pool on the first night and the playground. Near enough to walk into Matlock. Cottage was very homely, well maintained and extremely well equipped to make your stay more enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of useful information provided to help with your stay. Great pub nearby for food. Perfect for our short stay.
