Fabulous chalet, very warm and comfortable everything clean and tidy. The owners are great and discreet and are there if you require anything. The chalet is very well equipped with appliances and utensils. There are also two decking areas with seats and tables outside which are set in wonderful and very well maintained grounds within a large grassed area which was great for our dog. In our opinion this is a great place to stay and we hope to return soon. If you have read any not so good reviews about this property; from personal experience of staying here I would ignore them we found everything about the stay here to be a very high standard. Offering a garden and quiet street view, Alma Villa is set in Falkirk, 36 km from Edinburgh Zoo and 37 km from Glasgow Cathedral. Alan met us as we arrived at the property. He was very polite and explained a few things to us. The house was very clean, well maintained and had all the little touches of home.The heated drying rack was a huge bonus. Everthing we needed was provided, including laundry soap. I loved the dressing table with hidden makeup mirror and hair dryer. Would definately recommend staying here.
