Property was very clean. I always take my on sheets to put on the beds. But at this place you could smell that the sheets were clean. Bathroom was very clean. It look like they had done renovation on it. Over all the place was very nice.

Fantastic location. Close to everything and great neighborhood. Owner was very responsive when we had questions and issues. Bed was really comfortable. Tons of stuff to do within a block of the apartment. Right by the PATH station that gets you to Manhattan in 15 minutes.

The location is located in the near the heart of Bayonne with easy access to grocery stores/markets, bakeries, etc. The train is also about a 7 min walk away. Check instructions were very clear and concise.
The home was very clean with accessible WiFi, a very large eat-in kitchen with cooking utensils and a large bathroom. The bedroom was also clean with ample space to spread out your things and a nice sized closet. The bed was also very comfortable.
The home also came with HVAC units in all rooms except the bathroom and could be regulated by the user. I would highly recommend renting this space!!!

Room in classical NYC apartment, shared kitchen and bathroom with three other rooms. When I arrived tired after long flight and ride from the airport, there were free snacks awaiting in the kitchen (and we available throughout the whole stay, e.g. including yogurt for breakfast and of course coffee and tea etc.)! Otherwise everything was clean and nicely decorated. Location at upper Manhattan is very convenient - two subway lines within 10 minutes walking distance plus it is close to Columbia University medical center.

Very nicely decorated, in particular with a screen emulating a fireplace and playing Christmas carols. A lot of thought had gone into the decor and it made the stay actually very comfortable

The room was cozy and clean. The hotel is in a very good location, 5 minutes walk to the metro station and shopping center. Staff helpful. There was no problem with changing the room.
The place is quiet and comfortable and in close proximity with New York City only 10 - 15min away by bus, also self catering if you need to cook and have meals for budget sensitive traveling, I loved the fact that there was a gas stove a fridge and cutlery, I would come back to this place again and again.
The apartment was cozy as advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful during the stay which made our stay great. Will book with them again when we have a chance to be back in the city.
Location is awesome. Took mostly a ferry (path in evenings) and it takes only 5 minutes to reach Manhattan (World trade center). The vicinity is exceptional - waterfront with Manhattan view, coffee in nearby Gregory`s coffee and the sound of the river.

The renovated room is fantastic - its modern design and fresh finishes create a cozy atmosphere. Moreover, having a kitchen is a huge plus, allowing us to comfortably prepare meals. Highly recommended!
Beautifully decorated rooms with extremely comfy beds. Clean and cosy plus the nespresso machine was a nice bonus for a morning coffee. Short walk to the stunning Jersey City waterfront with the best views of lower Manhattan. Location is right beside PATH station so easy access to Manhattan.
The hotel us of a high standard. Clean and cozy room, hot breakfast and free parking. The staff is very friendly. We came a bit earlier and the manager let us check in earlier as the room wasn't occupied. The facilities in the hotel are great! There are a lot of opportunities to get to New York city center.
