The house was very roomy, had all the amenities we needed, beds were super comfy, in a safe area, and easy to get too!
The hosts were super responsive. Even sending someone to fix two things that we made them aware of-that weren’t issues for us just something we wanted them to know.
Parking was good! Our pet loved it.

Good location, now I wasn't worried about it, but the girls we traveled with didn't like Bid Daddy's Deals. It's a corner store and it's well lite. the gated yard for this place with the dog and the dog bowls provided was a nice touch. Record player and speakers got us through the night playing dominos in the dining area. Kitchen had enough stuff that we were able to cook crab cakes and shrimp without too much trouble for 'needing' pots, pans, etc. Coffee maker worked! now if you use drip coffee bring some filters or shoot down to Big Daddy's for some deals on'em. Quite place all around. easy access to drive down to city as well. 30 minutes to Folly.

The Spectator is a beautiful, clean and very centrally located hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful -always available to answer questions or provide suggestions with kind hospitality. Our room was comfortable and spacious - the complimentary local snacks were a welcome treat and the bath products helped us feel pampered! Overall the perfect spot to return to after a few days exploring charming Charleston!

Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Breakfast, happy hour with wine and nighttime cookies had amazing varieties to choose from. The room was huge with a fireplace and full balcony. The staff were exceptional as they made all of our food and tour reservations. Location was within walking distance to the attractions we wanted to see.

Had a nice Juliette balcony with view of the bay. Enjoyed the evening wine reception and took the drinks to the cozy rooftop. Relaxing and romantic stay.
The Cozy Island Cottage was an excellent stay for us traveling to Folly Beach and Charleston. The owners were very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate too.
