Malfada, first of all, was Awesome!!!
From the moment she greeted us to when we we left, Malfada was very gracious and took care of anything that we needed. The accommodations were very beautiful with great views of the surroundings. The vineyards and the olive orchards were fantastic.
It was very relaxing to stay there and would recommend it to anyone.

This is definitely an experience of a Portuguese house. For us it sufficed as we were here to ride. The kitchen was large & well equipped. But the rest is fairly basic. Not recommended for anyone who cannot climb a ladder to reach the bedroom! Not much going on in the town but there are some deluxe wineries in the region & Roman remains are worth the visit.

The room was very nice and confortable, just needed to adjust the cabinet door and repair the hair dryer base station. No complains regarding the breakfast quality, at least for me. The staff was kind and polite.
Beautifully restored convent building, peaceful grounds and a large pool. Just right for us having a one night stopover on a cycle trip from Malaga to Lisbon.
Friendly staff, great food, for evening meal and a substantial breakfast. Comfy quiet rooms, with good en-suites .
Thanks for a lovely stay, and the complimentary glass of Port on arrival was a nice touch 😀
Such a beautiful guest house! It was a magical night we spent at Aljana Guest House & we really hope to return:)
It very much felt like a home, with the cozy living room with fireplace, but with such beautiful design, every piece and part of the house is so thoughtful. The room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely incredible!
I'm sure in summer with the pool it would be lovely, too!
I liked all there. Fireplace and hot/cold air conditioning units. Kitchen fully furnished. Cosy and extremely well decorated. Fantastic location in the centre of Beja
Aljana guesthouse is a fantastic guesthouse to explore the Alentejo region. The guesthouse is really beautiful and the people are amazing. We enjoyed the great (mainly organic) breakfast in the morning and the cozy fireplace in the late afternoon. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. The host helped us with finding nice places for dinner. We would really recommend to visit this place!
