Property was very clean and a good value. It was a little confusing to find, but we found it. It was close to the Alilaguna, water taxis, and gondolas so we were walking distance to riding wherever we wanted to go. We were close to restaurants, shops,and little markets. We felt safe.

Charming hotel perfectly positioned on the Lido - a short vaporetto trip away from Venice city. Located on a quiet residential road close to sélection of restaurants and the beach
The hotel apartment was situated very well, close to the beach. It was equipped with airconditioning and the rooms were light and cosy. It was easy to take the Vaporetto boats to Venice, and it was nice to stay at the Lido when one day tourists left the small island.
Excellent value for money (especially compared with comparable hotels in the area at which we've also stayed). Staff very friendly and obliging; room both charming in atmosphere and well-equipped with hot tub, toilet room separate from shower, safe for valuables, plenty of storage space, and a pleasant view. Breakfast was generous and good quality. Proximity to the water transport to central Venice simply couldn't be better. We will certainly book here again on our next trip to Venice!
Small, cozy hotel in Lido. Very close to the ferry but 10 minutes walk from Vaporetto stop. Walk could be avoided by using local bus. It's great that this part of Venice is accessible by car, that could be parked for free in hotel parking lot, although you have to calculate the price of ferry.
Lido itself is a surprise- green and charming, with a beaches and well connected with S. Marco island. Much better choice than staying in busy touristic area or Mestre.
Service is absolutelt amazing, very charming and cozy interior design, beautiful front yard. Next to the beach, transport accessable but not at crowed or noise place.
