Loved our stay here on The Lido - Martina was helpful in answering questions before we arrived and was very easy to contact- such a lovely lady and easily contactable if needed.
The location is fabulous- 10 mins walk from the water taxi, really easy to pop over to Venice and surrounding areas. The Lido is a Venice bonus for its close proximity to Venice, but lovely to get away from the crowds. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance and the added bonus of a lovely beach ( 5 mins walk from the apartment) The transport system is so efficient and easy to use.
The apartment is in a lovely quiet residential street and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, great comfy beds, air conditioning and the added bonus of a courtyard garden.
If we return to the Lido we would definitely stay at Martina's place again :)

It's a beautiful property, an absolute gem. It is clean, relatively spacious and well maintained. We loved waking up to the scenery outside. Staff is very nice and cheerful, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious too. I am definitely going back there!

Location is excellent, just 5 mins walk from St Marks Square. Property is very clean, charming and had everything we needed. The communication from the owners was very helpful, from how to get from the airport to the accommodation, to gondola rides, checkin, sights to see. Can't fault our stay, thank you so much.

Flora Cottage Guesthouse in Burano is stunning!
The house is a traditional Burano cottage and it has been lovingly and carefully renovated. From the house you can see the canal and you are within easy walking distance of almost everything.
The cottage is stylish, cosy and clean. The six beds were comfortable and there were additional pillows and rugs should you need them.
The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed, there were even a few store cupboard items and a washing machine which you can use if need be.
Games, books, toys and two TVs (one with YouTube, Netflix etc.) are there for your recreation and we felt very at home.
There are comprehensive instructions for the cottage, suggestions for things to do on the island and Silvia and Luca were always willing to help and answer any questions!
We arrived quite late on Burano, just as the shops were closing and due to the adverse weather, none of the restaurants were open. But Silvia had been in regular contact with us and so Luca went shopping for us and met us at the cottage with everything we needed for dinner and breakfast. This was so kind and thoughtful and we had a really lovely and delicious meal - thank you again! We were so happy and grateful!
We also enjoyed the welcome gift of the locally made biscuits (and bought ourselves a few more the next day :-)).
Burano is just a 45 minute Vaperetto journey from Venice (line 12, stop A) and the boats leave every twenty minutes at peak times, from early ‘til late. A single ticket was €9.50 for anyone over the age of six. The island with its colourful houses and canal is beautiful and if you stay here you can have it in the evening and early morning all to yourself!
Burano was the perfect antidote to the squashed alleyways, expensive souvenirs and selfie-seeking crowds of Venice.
The church in Burano is lovely and there is an interesting lace museum which you can visit.

Charming hotel perfectly positioned on the Lido - a short vaporetto trip away from Venice city. Located on a quiet residential road close to sélection of restaurants and the beach
The hotel apartment was situated very well, close to the beach. It was equipped with airconditioning and the rooms were light and cosy. It was easy to take the Vaporetto boats to Venice, and it was nice to stay at the Lido when one day tourists left the small island.
Excellent value for money (especially compared with comparable hotels in the area at which we've also stayed). Staff very friendly and obliging; room both charming in atmosphere and well-equipped with hot tub, toilet room separate from shower, safe for valuables, plenty of storage space, and a pleasant view. Breakfast was generous and good quality. Proximity to the water transport to central Venice simply couldn't be better. We will certainly book here again on our next trip to Venice!
Small, cozy hotel in Lido. Very close to the ferry but 10 minutes walk from Vaporetto stop. Walk could be avoided by using local bus. It's great that this part of Venice is accessible by car, that could be parked for free in hotel parking lot, although you have to calculate the price of ferry.
Lido itself is a surprise- green and charming, with a beaches and well connected with S. Marco island. Much better choice than staying in busy touristic area or Mestre.
Service is absolutelt amazing, very charming and cozy interior design, beautiful front yard. Next to the beach, transport accessable but not at crowed or noise place.
