Our stay at Afoura Houses in Santorini was nothing short of fantastic. While the location is a bit hillside, requiring a short hike to reach, the effort is absolutely worth it. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a place that feels like it was plucked straight from Pinterest—beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated.
The host was incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything we needed during our stay. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the experience, making us feel right at home.
We opted for the sea view room on the top floor, and it was a decision we didn’t regret. The view was simply breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The room was equipped with AC, which was a blessing during the hot weather, ensuring a comfortable stay at all times.
One of the highlights was the private rooftop. It’s spacious, entirely yours to enjoy, and offers an ideal spot to soak in the surroundings. Whether it’s for a morning coffee or an evening under the stars, the rooftop adds an extra layer of charm to the stay.
We enjoyed our time at Afoura Houses so much that we’ve already decided this will be our go-to place for our next visit to Santorini. Highly recommended!

Mr. Panagiotis has been really kind and helpful. We arrived early but he made sure to get the villa ready even before the check-in time. He also arranged airport transfer and taxi to our next accommodation. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and hearty.
We had the best time in one of the spacious villa. The location is also near the main Pyrgos area where you can get access to lot of cafes, mini markets and busses to Fira and Perissa Beach.
We would love to come back in future. We can only recommend anyone to have a wonderful time in Santorini.

This place is an absolute dream. The staff are so attentive & friendly. They were ready to help us with anything we requested & flexible to our schedules for breakfast & cleaning each day. Everything was perfect. We explored the whole island & can say this place has the best view & is so quiet. It's a very easy & short 14 min to Fira & only 10 min to the airport. I would literally have my wedding here if I could go back in time!

My wife and I stayed at Avista Suites, Imerovigli, between October 9th- October 13th. Firstly, the caretaker, Lampros was fantastic. His supporting Staff - Edela and George were awesome as well. Lampros was attentive and responsive to our queries as we prepared for our trip. Upon arrival, he helped with advice related to sight-seeing logistics - tips that only locals know, traffic/crowd considerations, weather considerations, ideal places to visit etc., car-rentals, restaurant recommendations, and such. He also arranged our taxi service to and from the ferry port, Athinios. Lampros was very personable and willing to help with anything to ensure our stay was comfortable. Such a delightful person. Next, with respect to the place itself, it is very clean and well appointed and has all required modern conveniences. It is close to the famed walkway that skirts the Caldera, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores etc. Imerovigli and Avista is quiet and offers a lot of privacy - This is premium in a place like Santorini. Can't beat private viewing of sunsets looking across the Caldera, while lounging in our hot-tub, from the highest vantage point on Santorini (highest accommodation on the island). Breakfast was fantastic. Once again, thank you Lampros for making us feel at home. Cheers!

Great view and roomy villas. The staff were all amazing. I wish there was a shuttle into Megalochori- it’s only a 15 minute walk but on a very busy road with no sidewalks. Would stay here again.

Beautiful little stone cottage; well equipped, very comfortable bed, beautifully designed. Great private and also communal terraces with views out to sea. Pretty grounds full of colour and charm. Very helpful staff member who really went the extra mile when I needed assistance

We stayed in two floor apartment. It was very beautiful. It has one small balcony upstairs and downstairs is bedroom with queen bed and terrace with swimmingpool. The pool was with hot tub so the water was warm and we really enjoyed It. We stayed in pool also for sunset a d it was very romantic and breathtaking.
Lovely unique cave home, love the modern architecture, place was very comfortable cozy and we all really enjoyed the hot tub. Had all the facilities and even the smallest details, essential like sewing kit, aids kit and main cooking facilities in the kitchen. Location was 5 mins walk from the centre square of Pyrgos, nice bakery and restaurant near by. Love that it was quiet and not to loud or noisy and felt isolated from tourist.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. They are also at hand to organise any excursions you wish to do. The hotel is located at the edge of the town but it is only a 5 minute walk into the town where local busses run every hour for €1.60. Pool and jacuzzi are both clean and give a great view of the surroundings. Highly recommended this cosy romantic hotel which is a quiet retreat at the top of the hill.

The gorgeous windmill, the care, reachness and cozyness in which it is was renovated and refurbished. It makes you feel in a magic and unique atmosphere. Great hot tub. Huge breakfast. Very kind and available manager. The little village in the nearby makes you feel in a real Ancient Greek village
