Wow! What a place.
We are a family of 4 from the UK (two teens) & we stayed for 4 days August 24.
The villa is stunning, high spec, spacious with incredible viewings. There are two bathrooms and 3 good sized double rooms, 2 areas to dine, a large lounge, gym and a terrace eating area with a good sized pool.
We found the kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms had big fluffy towels, robes and toiletries.
The team speedily answered all my questions before & during my stay. They also arranged transport when we needed.
Pyrgos is quieter than Fira & Oia. But we enjoyed exploring the town and eating in the lovely local restaurants. We especially loved the bakery!
The Southwest villa arranged an incredible dinner at the Edge restaurant in Akrotiri so we could experience great food with the Caldera views.
We hired a car & visited Perissa beach a couple of times. We enjoyed the beach club bars & found it wasn’t too busy at all.
The sunsets from the villa were incredible!
The whole trip was truly magical. We hope to find back next year!

Patina Vivera is a lovely place to stay! The place has a wonderful calm and relaxing vibe. The breakfast was delicious, the house was very clean, the staff was very kind and offered super service and it was easy to communicate with the host.
The house and the outdoor areas were fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The view is absolutely stunning!
We had a wonderful holiday at Patina Vivera and would love to come back!

We liked everything. The apartment is in Pyrgos, a small town positioned between the Airport and the Port. The property felt brand new even though I think it was 2 years old.
The host, the view, the facilities all 10/10. We have been visiting Greece for nearly 20 years and we stayed here as a stop over in Santorini before travelling back to the UK. We knew even in late September Santorini can get busy and therefore we wanted to stay clear of Oia with its crowds and inflated prices.
This apartment gave the perfect sunset view from the private balcony and terrace with the peace and tranquility of the countryside at a fair price with home from home comfort.
The host, Apostolos, goes out of his way to make your stay perfect.
If and when we return again to Santorini we will want to stay here.

Beautiful little stone cottage; well equipped, very comfortable bed, beautifully designed. Great private and also communal terraces with views out to sea. Pretty grounds full of colour and charm. Very helpful staff member who really went the extra mile when I needed assistance
The cozy accommodations and modern amenities provided a charming retreat. The fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience, and the city views were stunning. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, perfect for unwinding after exploring Santorini. With hiking trails nearby, it was a memorable and relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!
We stayed in two floor apartment. It was very beautiful. It has one small balcony upstairs and downstairs is bedroom with queen bed and terrace with swimmingpool. The pool was with hot tub so the water was warm and we really enjoyed It. We stayed in pool also for sunset a d it was very romantic and breathtaking.
Lovely unique cave home, love the modern architecture, place was very comfortable cozy and we all really enjoyed the hot tub. Had all the facilities and even the smallest details, essential like sewing kit, aids kit and main cooking facilities in the kitchen. Location was 5 mins walk from the centre square of Pyrgos, nice bakery and restaurant near by. Love that it was quiet and not to loud or noisy and felt isolated from tourist.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. They are also at hand to organise any excursions you wish to do. The hotel is located at the edge of the town but it is only a 5 minute walk into the town where local busses run every hour for €1.60. Pool and jacuzzi are both clean and give a great view of the surroundings. Highly recommended this cosy romantic hotel which is a quiet retreat at the top of the hill.
Wonderful hotel with a beautiful view, charming staff, and plunge pools. The location was within walking distance of great dining and access to transportation to key sites on the island. Highly recommended for those looking to avoid the crowds but still have a romantic Santorini experience.
The gorgeous windmill, the care, reachness and cozyness in which it is was renovated and refurbished. It makes you feel in a magic and unique atmosphere. Great hot tub. Huge breakfast. Very kind and available manager. The little village in the nearby makes you feel in a real Ancient Greek village
Absolutely amazing stay! Everything is brand new, designed with an incredible eye for detail. The sunset views from the infinity pool are truly a one of a kind experience. The interior is extremely well done with beautiful marble, wooden cabinets and design features.
There’s also the option to book a massage or a private yoga class at the villa. Another unique thing is that you can rent the dome that is located on the property! Perfect for a romantic evening.
Staff is incredibly friendly and really go the extra mile.
