This is a little gem! Zoe, the host is very friendly and accommodating. She makes the best continental breakfast-very fresh and delivered right to your private room at an agreed upon time. Room was large, comfortable, modern and included everything you need. The bathroom has a lovely shower and is modern. The ability to make tea/coffee anytime is so nice.

For someone who works away a lot and books different properties. I can say that this one is one of my favourites.

Location was great for us as we wanted a few days at West Wittering Beach.
The cottage itself was lovely, clean and had everything you needed, even some milk left for us in the fridge. There were 2 bedrooms, 1 x double bed and twin beds in other bedroom. Sofa bed in living room was very comfortable and extra bedding was provided on request.
We also took the hosts up on the many food spots they recommended, The Bull's Head was absolutely lovely with great portions. Kids loved the animals on site, especially the alpacas and donkeys. They also made good use of the trampoline and playground. They didn't want to leave the place.
Will definitely be staying here again!

Location perfect - very accessible to local town, with peaceful quiet surroundings, stunning countryside views in a beautiful well kept country house estate setting.
Good windows for ventiltaion for one of the hotest days of the summer - Loft remained beautifully cool.

The property is in an idyllic setting and the room was charming, immaculate and extremely comfortable. Marjorie is a very welcoming and gracious host. Nothing was too much trouble, including offering collection from the train station and drop off for an appointment in Petersfield.
The property was located off the road along a private driveway . It was very peaceful and comfortable for two people .
The property was very clean and had all the equipment you need for self catering . If we are looking to stay in the area again then we would definitely stay in this cottage again . We felt very comfortable in this cottage .

The owners were very welcoming and provided us with bread, milk, eggs, granola and fresh fruit for breakfast at our leisure, as there's a little kitchenette in the cottage.

Boxsteddle had bigger communal spaces (kitchen and lounge) than I had thought. This was ideal as we had booked 2 cottages and could gather in the larger one. Excellent decor and facilities. Very cosy too!

The property was well equipped and comfortable, fresh provisions and vases of flowers were a nice touch too.

Bootmenders was exactly as we had hoped it would be - a homely, cozy cottage surrounded by a lovely winter’s garden. The main room was warm, the bed was very comfortable and the little kitchen was well appointed for preparing our breakfast.
Very well appointed accomodation with a luxury feel and lots of extras to complete the experience in this charming cosy traditional inn.
