The staff were very welcoming and warm. The hotel environment felt homely and intimate as it didn't feel overwhelming in size. The grounds were beautiful. The room was lovely; very clean and comfortable - even a standard double room was a good size and had a large bathroom. The food was mainly excellent; so many dishes looked stunning. The local West Sussex Trotton Park wine was delicious. Easy to park.

The property was set in a spacious garden that lead onto a woodlands which was very relaxing. The caravan was spacious enough for a family with 2 teenagers on a short break. It was cleaned to a high standard. The breakfast had a good variety of breakfast cereals. The hosts were great even posting my toothbrush back to me after I had left it behind!

The property is in an idyllic setting and the room was charming, immaculate and extremely comfortable. Marjorie is a very welcoming and gracious host. Nothing was too much trouble, including offering collection from the train station and drop off for an appointment in Petersfield.
The property was located off the road along a private driveway . It was very peaceful and comfortable for two people .
The property was very clean and had all the equipment you need for self catering . If we are looking to stay in the area again then we would definitely stay in this cottage again . We felt very comfortable in this cottage .

Boxsteddle had bigger communal spaces (kitchen and lounge) than I had thought. This was ideal as we had booked 2 cottages and could gather in the larger one. Excellent decor and facilities. Very cosy too!

Bootmenders was exactly as we had hoped it would be - a homely, cozy cottage surrounded by a lovely winter’s garden. The main room was warm, the bed was very comfortable and the little kitchen was well appointed for preparing our breakfast.
