Lovely, well appointed, country house - our room was very clean and comfortable; two very pleasant guest lounges. We received a warm welcome on arrival and breakfast was good. The house is peaceably located away from the main road and it is just a short walk into Doune itself. All in all we were more than please with our choice of stop off point on the way up to Ullapool.

It was a wonderful, quiet, and beautiful space to be in. It was well stocked in the kitchen for dishes and utensils and there was plenty of cleaning supplies and other paper products. It felt very clean and cozy. The proprietors were very responsive to problems.

We loved this apartment. It was brand new, and really nicely decorated. Each room had its own ensuite. Warm and cozy, and a great location. Supermarket yo can walk too, and plenty of parking. The Sunday roast for dinner in the restaurant was also 10/10 Would definitely recommend staying here!

Charming little cabin/studio in a farm setting. The cabin is very cozy. I'd say the pictures don't do it justice, especially the bathroom which is both roomy and well equipped. Highly recommended!

The house is gorgeous and incredibly cozy. So cozy in fact, that as soon as I was through the main door, my first instinct was to take off my shoes! The room is large and very comfortable, and the bathroom spotless. Slept beautifully in the comfy bed and had a smashing breakfast to start the day. The village (walking distance) is very charming!

Great refurbishment of what was apparently a rather tired establishment. Rooms are lovely and food, from breakfast to dinner, is great. Most importantly, young staff are absolutely charming and can’t do enough to help with any request. It’s close to the most beautiful countryside.
