Beautiful self contained cottage, the owners were very informative and friendly and left a breakfast basket which was a nice surprise. They were also wonderful with our dog.

Liquorice lodge was lovely and comfortable, beds were soft (not what I’m used to but comfortable all the same), everything was up to date and fresh. We travelled as two families and the kids were happy with the house too.

Donna and Sally make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. They are really lovely and kind and they run the hotel and pub to a high standard.
