We loved how close the property was to the beach. It has a very rustic vibe with incredibly friendly neighbors. The dogs nearby do bark but we have a pitbull at home that does the same so we were not bothered. The yard is a great size with a hammock, table and chairs for games and evening meals, side area for housing off the sand from the day at the beach. The beach itself was great- not too busy and with sand (we've had a lot of experiences in Europe with rocky beaches). Most of all, we appreciated the hosts and how responsive, helpful and friendly they were.

Very cozy and romantic place. This was our first experience living on a boat and it was perfect!
Drinking coffee with a sunrise on a boat is something amazing!
All the conditions were great, there was enough place for three of us. Everything was clean and thought-out. There was a coffee machine, fridge, oven, everything we needed to have dinner or breakfast. There was even a small toilet inside. Near the boat there was also a private shower that you can enter with a special card.

Location is wonderful. The self catering apartments enable you to prepare meals if you don’t always want to dine out. Reasonably well-equipped. Charming entrance (photos you see are accurate). Self check-in and out and electronic door keys very convenient. Comfortable and clean bedding.
The reception was extremely friendly, without any hassles. The location is terrific! Close to all the attractions that we were interested in. The apartment is very spacious, neat, clean and well equipped. The alley the apartment is situated is so cozy especially at night with all the surrounding restaurants. Quite nostalgic and romantic.
The property, cozy and spotlessly clean, is situated a short walk from La Catedral. Our hostess, Gloria, was charming and so helpful. She added to our overall enjoyment of our time in Valencia.
Lovely place, rooms were cosy, charming and clean. Naima on reception was so nice and could not have been more helpful. Location was great, walking distance from everything but down a side street so it was super quiet. Would happily stay there again!
Breakfast buffet just extraordinary, whatta selection! Of particular interest was the the most creative individual hotpot, unprecedented taste treat. Dining room manager Miguel especially responsive, attentive - and fun.
Desk staff Jackie, the intern, provided flash rescue service when locked out on my balcony.
