I recently stayed at a beautiful house that exceeded my expectation. While it is not new, the home is comfortable and well-built, making it feel cozy and welcoming. It has everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, but there was no iron or hair dryer. The layout is great, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms - one on each floor.
One of my favorite spots was the terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner. The beach is only a 3 min walk away. It is wide, clean, and almost empty. Mercadona is a 3 min drive away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would recommend it.

The apartment is on a very convenient place, close to the city centre, 30 min walk from Oceanographic, Biopark and also very close to the railway station and bus station. There is also very convenient transport to the beach nearby. It was super clean and well equipped with everything. Will be happy to visit again this wonderful city and the apartment.

Excellent location in Cabanyal. The house is close to the beach (5-7 mins walk). The neighbourhood is colourful, with a mix of tourists and locals. The house is very big and plenty of space. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen, living room with a working space as well as a shower with a wc and standing shower. On the first floor, you have a master bedroom with a separate bathroom (wc and bathtub). The water pressure is less strong here than on the shower downstairs, but manageable for a quick shower. There is plenty of wardrobes and space for storage in the master unit. Then on the second floor you have a nice bright space for TV and the first terrace. There is also a balcony. Then from the first terrace, you have yet another open terrace is was great to enjoy in February. Overall, my stay was excellent. The house had all you needed (well equipped kitchen, sufficient towels, toilet paper). Sure, maybe some renovations here and there could be useful. But overall you feel comfortable and welcome. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible with the check in/out. I appreciated it a lot. If you choose Cabanyal, it is a great option to consider.

All the conditions were great, there was enough place for three of us. Everything was clean and thought-out. There was a coffee machine, fridge, oven, everything we needed to have dinner or breakfast. There was even a small toilet inside. Near the boat there was also a private shower that you can enter with a special card.

Location is wonderful. The self catering apartments enable you to prepare meals if you don’t always want to dine out. Reasonably well-equipped. Charming entrance (photos you see are accurate). Self check-in and out and electronic door keys very convenient. Comfortable and clean bedding.

Lovely place, rooms were cosy, charming and clean. Naima on reception was so nice and could not have been more helpful. Location was great, walking distance from everything but down a side street so it was super quiet. Would happily stay there again!
