EXCELLENT customer service!!! Allan at the reception desk (& other 2 ladies) was fantastic! Went out of his way to help us with our departure, drive to the airport (including late check out) & even wanted to surprise us with a goodbye dinner since we had to leave Africa unexpectedly back to LA. He’s a tremendous asset to the company. Our cleaning lady, Sylvie (or Sylvia) was very helpful & efficient too. Spacious bathroom & garden outside the room. Location very close to souvenir shops, bank etc.

The staff were extremely helpful and helped us book some awesome activities without issue. They made additional calls if rides were late or we had questions. Every morning we had great, huge cups of coffee (bought our own breakfast at the grocery store nearby, there is a fridge if needed). The room was clean, the shared showers and bathrooms were clean, and the facility overall was very clean. Good location, close to the taxi stand, grocery store, shops, food.
