Allan and Dwaine were really welcoming and attentitive. They really went out of their way to assist us in every way. The restaurant staff were friendly and listened to our needs. We were given a room upgrade and a free meal for my wife's 60th birthday. We would really recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spectacular view over the Zambezi river with the mist of the falls in the distance. Within a short, safe walk to the falls. Super helpful and friendly staff who are obviously very well trained. Loved the Zebras, Impalas and Giraffe calmly walking around the property. Bed was super comfortable and the room spotless with a stunning view.

If you get the chance, stay at Ngoma Zanga Lodge! The staff is incredible! Kennedy and Caroline were AMAZING hosts and the rest of the team. They were so incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to accommodate requests, such as helping us order taxis and keeping track of our different tours, etc. You MUST try the Beef Stew for dinner—it’s delicious! Overall, the lodge price was great, and the location made it very easy to get to the major sites. The rooms were very clean with daily cleanings, and the adorable elephant-shaped towels provided every day added such a nice touch. Highly recommend!

We loved everything. The location is fantastic, as a big family group we had numerous options room options to suit a variety of configurations. We saw and heard hippo, elephant, baboons, crocs from the restaurant balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful.
