I disliked the lay-out, the check-in desk and restaurant are located on the eighth floors, above the rooms. The lower floor consists of apartments. The building has old-fashioned windows and the neighborhood is noisy, extremely noisy, as in hollering and screaming throughout the night. You will not sleep if you are a light sleeper.
