The room was spacious and clean. We had difficulty logging into the streaming services because the language settings were in Arabic and couldn't be changed. However, since we didn't spend much time in the hotel, it wasn't a big problem for us. We decided not to have breakfast at the hotel because there were plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

Did not eat breakfast. Unfortunately our stay was during renovations on the 9th floor so didn’t make use of the bar and lounges. Kitchen facilities excellent and bathroom heating very good in Winter. Very comfortable. Have stayed there about 5 times as we are extremely happy there and its location is perfect. Service is excellent and whatever you ask is immediately seen to
