The mountain pass Seweweekspoort, on the way in was spectacular. Extremely scenic, bungalows are wonderful, we only spent one night and should have done 2. Main lodge is beautiful, our dinner (Karoo lamb) was so good, I will say it was the one of the best meals of the trip. Our host and guide, Sarah was full of interesting info about the park and the areas history, and gave us a wonderful game drive in the evening. The stars came out and after the camp lights went off I was able to capture some beautiful scenic with the Milky Way blazing away.

We were on a 22 days road trip over the Dec 2023 Jan 2024. We spent our Christmas at Sipreslaan. This place was amazing. The cottage was extremely well maintained. The vineyard and the mountains are breathtaking. I watched TV and Towerkop Mountain at the same time.

We were sorry that this was just a stopover stay! The accommodations were excellent (we were in a private cottage) and the host was very friendly. The house has amazing history that we would have loved to know more about! Breakfast was good too!

We didn't really stay in the village but I wish we had booked longer to stay at the lodge. I would definitely like to go back when temperatures are a bit cooler so I can do the hikes they offer during the day. The landscape there is amazing!
Beautiful haven near Ladismith. Interesting foliage around stunning, well appointed, luxurious flats and a little original farmhouse. All with little pools. A lovely central area to enjoy a very nice dinner. Christianette was exceptionally helpful with a medical issue in our party, which could’ve been a disaster for our holiday, but she really saved the day with excellent advice & organisation
Love the place and old beauty of the house, everything was so clean and neat. The owner is busy with upgrades too the property, can't wait for the bar and restaurant to open! Will definitely stay here every time I come too Ladismith!
