It was a wonderful spot with everything we needed! It fit our family of four (2 parents, a 2 year old and and infant) very well. We would definitely return

Great location, right on the ocean with a lovely little aloe garden adjacent to indigenous coastal vegetation.
Don’t miss out on the Muisbosskerm seafood dining experience - pre-booking essential.

Elands Bay is a quiet, remote little town on the West Coast with a beautiful, long sandy beach. There isn't much going on at any given time, even during holidays, so probably not the place for you if you like very busy social holidays with lots of entertainment options. The sea is a little cold for swimming (about 16 degrees Celcius when we were there) but it is a great place for windsurfing, kite surfing, fishing and other water sports (you will need a wet suit for most of this, though).
