I booked a room here for my uncle at the last minute. Initially, my uncle only planned to stay there for one night because we had booked another homestay before. But because the service here is good, the location is convenient and the hosts are very friendly, I stayed here for the next 2 days. They contacted me and gave me their phone number and address. They wanted to make sure my uncle could reach them, because he would be there at 2:00 am. They were enthusiastic and interested in my uncle. They introduced my uncle to a great tour guide, my uncle had a perfect time in Ninh Binh. Their meals are delicious. everything is great, let's give you a chance to experience their service. Highly recommend.

I cannot begin to describe this resort to you. There is so much to see and do. I spent 3 nights here and still did not cover all the grounds. You don’t even have to leave the resort because there is so much to see and do. Wow wow wow.

Stayed 4 nights and the location is fantastic,near enough to walk to town in 10mins but peaceful place to stay. Views are amazing and the staff and the owners are all amazing. They always welcome you with a drink and or tea when you arrive back from your day/ eve out and a foot bath is offered every evening.
Bed was comfy and room was very clean.
A fantastic homestay would highly recommend.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was clean and the linen was nice. The bathroom was also great as it had an actual shower which worked well.

We arrived on a sleeper bus from Hoi An at 3am. Our bus dropped us right outside and we called our host at Central Hotel who let us in. It’s also just outside the train station. She helped us carry (very heavy) luggage up the stairs.
Bed was comfy, room very clean and hosts very accommodating and helpful. Room had air con and fan. We slept very well. We ate breakfast at the Hotel which was priced very reasonably and a lot of nice vegetarian options. For a nights stay, drinks and breakfast for two we paid £13.

Great hotel - very good value for money. A bit outside the center but they have bicycles you can use for free and you’re in the center in 3min which makes it super convenient and more relaxing. Really nice people managing the hotel.

As far as I can make out, this town is a suburb/area of Ninh Binh, less than a mile from the train station. It is probably the friendliest place I've ever been - I think I was "helloed" by just about everyone under 10 I saw. But the highlights are really in the surrounding countryside, so I would recommend planning for a few days out to see the nature reserves and participate in the activities. You don't need to travel far, and can get Grab taxis or bikes if you don't have your own transport.
