you can't beat the location. This area has amazing vibe and very peaceful. The hotel is quite cozy and the courtyard is very well laid out. It's a family run and the people there are amazing and helpful. I was glad I choose this place over any other large hotel chains. And the uzbek style breakfast is very classy. I highly recommend.

We found this place by chance. We needed a place to stay as our reservation for Bukhara found our primary choice unavailable. Bukhara is steeped in history and a wonderful place to visit, especially for travelers who've heard the old tales of Bukhara. The authorities have enhanced tourists' experience by creating nice walkways, restaurants beside ancient water bodies, nice hotels tucked into the surrounding alleys and clean surroundings around ancient restored monuments. Shopping for local handicrafts is easy because the younger generation speak good english, unlike the older generation. But a guide to help you traverse through the labyrinths of history and explain it all in detail is essential. A MUST-VISIT place.

Lovely city....can be explored quickly in 1 day also, but needs two days for a detailed exploration and soaking in the vibes. Temperature during day time was much higher than other cities in Uzbekistan. Take precautions before going in the harsh sun.

Beautiful city with an old world charm.
Beautiful city with an old world charm. Most attractions are within walking distance if you stay in the old town near Lyabi Hauz area. It's fun getting lost in the narrow old streets. Many options to eat. Chalet at the main square is quite good for both Uzbek and International food.
Try and do your shopping away from main areas, else you will have to pay premium prices for the same products that are available for less at a little distance.
Avoid visiting in peak summer. If you do, try and stay indoors during peak sun time.

Really the best place to stay in Bukhara! Located in a quiet area, yet just a few minutes from one of the main squares, this newly renovated guesthouse, designed in a traditional Uzbekistan style, truly feels like a home away from home. Rohila, the owners' daughter, has a warm and kind soul, and she will welcome you with exceptional hospitality. The breakfast experience will make you feel like royalty, with a fabulous dining room and a generous, varied spread. Excellent value for money. I was truly sad to leave!
Amulet Hotel has an excellent location, just 5-10 minute walk from the start of the main sites. The breakfast is DELICIOUS - the best we had in all Uzbekistan. The room itself was charming, good bathroom, comfortable beds, plus a cute courtyard. We accidentally booked a room with two twin beds for us (a married couple) but didn’t mind. Would recommend this hotel to other guests traveling in Bukhara.
The location of the hotel is so good. It's within walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions and top rated restaurants. All the staff members were very polite and helpful. Breakfast bread was very good and they prepared it fresh for us. This room is probably the biggest of most boutique hotels at this price range.
Perfect localization just 5 minutes from main square. Great Host! Amazing and diversified breakfest, great to start a day. Host Mironshox is very nice and helpful with all necessary things. We really recommend staying in this Boutique Hotel in Buchara. It is our new Home in Uzbekistan
I traveled all Uzbekistan 8 days I didn't see good quality internet but I recommend this hotel who loves high speed internet
Breakfast also rich by the way they organized buffet breakfast recently
