The breakfast was very good when James was the cook.The old lady that cooked the food on the plates was sloppy.she is in to much of a hurry.and damn sure doesn't know how to make sweet tea..The pretty lady that waited the tables was awesome.main reason I came to that restaurant.i no longer go there since she is no longer there.
Staff was busy and on autopilot. Pet friendly $30 Room was nice. Comfy bed. Bathroom needed updating. Shower curtain smelled musty. Excellent restaurant on site. A little pricey for traveling food but lots of locals. We stay yearly heading south since it’s right off art 95

Santee is lovely - Quality Inn was terrible. From outside parking lot the building edifice is dirty/grungy and unwelcoming. NO signage to tell arrivals where office is. Office is dirty from outside, windows all smudged very unwelcoming. Desk clerk seemed offended when I told her I would not be staying due to the dirtiness of the buildings.

Location was close to highway. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Check in and Check out was fast and staff was very friendly. Staff mentioned nearby restaurants and had menus available to review.

Santee is a stopping point for us when we are traveling.
Santee is a stopping point for us when we are traveling. It has a great Pro shop and a really good Mexican Restaurant. I know that they have at least one golf course, but have never played it. Santee as a whole looks like a nice little town.

They discriminated against my service animal and the overnight desk lady is unprofessional and very unaware of such esa/service animals. They made me keep my service animal in the car or cancel my (non-refundable) room. The manager was understanding when I called but everyone who has service animals or esa for ptsd BE AWARE, because they will discriminate and take away your animals rights. Very sad because the hotel was alright excluding this.

The front desk was very rude towards my siblings and I it’s almost has if because we were young African American women he treated us really bad! My siblings ended up getting their refund as they paid cash and went to another hotel ! I stayed there due to my card being used for the room instead of cash!

The breakfast was as wonderful as a Best Western hotel lobby breakfast could be expected to be. Quick, convenient and very polite and helpful staff. The room with parking right out front was great. The room itself wasn't as clean as we'd like but as clean as we expected for an off the interstate hotel. It was just the right balance of cost=expectation. Your staff were extremely pleasant and appeared to enjoy their job.
Spent ten hours driving, booked this specific hotel because it said it had a restaurant and bar. We showed up an hour and a half before they we’re supposed to be closing. They turned us away. Then we wake up and there is no breakfast, coffee or anything else that was mentioned in the adds.
The location, right off if I-95, was perfect, and the reason we picked the hotel.
Breakfast was very good. The lady replenishing items was excellent … and over worked.
