The room was very nice but lacking in amenities. (No mini fridge for food and no microwave. Could find microwave outside of room.) Pretty view from room. Hotel had a very elegant and beautiful vibe.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the restaurant (Asado Urban Grill) inside the hotel was delicious. The rooms were clean and in great condition, room service did a great job! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My favorite spot is a polish market that I visit every time I’m in that area - it’s KD market - they have everything a polish person misses from home.
Getting around Rosemont is easy, but there is a lot of traffic on the way to the airport.

Rosemont is a decent neighborhood, just too far from downtown Chicago , very suburban. Rosemont has good nearby restaurants. I hear, E.S.A. is a much better Hotel option.
Transportation includes two local buses running at least every 15 minutes, 7 days a week.

Only good if all you need is a bed, a shower, and an airport shuttle. DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS. The free breakfast was packed away early, but also not enough food for the number of guests, the free coffee remained empty, the wifi for your laptop required a 20 minutes call with some abrasive IT hotline. Get your work done at the airport bar instead. There's definitely poor management here, but the front desk staff is very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

The room was $500 plus and I had a motel six level of room.
The room was $500 plus and I had a motel six level of room. The room was filthy, smelly and dated. If it hadn’t been for travelling on a long haul flight and being desperate to sleep I would have complained more. I was travelling alone with my twins and wanted somewhere close to the airport. The hotel used their location to rob me of all that money. I also bought dinner which came to $91 for drinks and two meals. What a massive rip off. I spent ages trying to figure out the elevator because I wasn’t told to use my room key to get the floor button to work. Frustrating. I don’t see any info on the pool etc.
