Great front desk and restaurant staff; the location is simply perfect for short business stay given the proximity to the airport and the Blue Line train stop within a 5-minute walk, especially for visiting Chicago quickly. Only good if all you need is a bed, a shower, and an airport shuttle. DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS. The free breakfast was packed away early, but also not enough food for the number of guests, the free coffee remained empty, the wifi for your laptop required a 20 minutes call with some abrasive IT hotline. Get your work done at the airport bar instead. There's definitely poor management here, but the front desk staff is very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

The room was $500 plus and I had a motel six level of room. The room was filthy, smelly and dated. If it hadn’t been for travelling on a long haul flight and being desperate to sleep I would have complained more. I was travelling alone with my twins and wanted somewhere close to the airport. The hotel used their location to rob me of all that money. I also bought dinner which came to $91 for drinks and two meals. What a massive rip off. I spent ages trying to figure out the elevator because I wasn’t told to use my room key to get the floor button to work. Frustrating. I don’t see any info on the pool etc.

The beds are the best!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing it was. I did not expect this. It was perfect for a quick overnight so that I could catch an early morning flight. Price point was perfect for the quality of the room. Room had been recently rehabbed. Plenty of outlets to charge Phone and IPad. Lighting was great - had all the creature comforts - mini fridge, microwave, etc. Chose this location due to price, comp shuttle to the airport and the positive reviews on cleanliness. Would choose again if need arises.

Only problem was the washer & dryer required operation with quarters and not with credit cards. The laundry room washing machine and the dryer could easily be converted to "cashless" with an XCP VendaVolt Visa & MasterCard Cell Phone Payment App. Suggest contacting XCP Corp and purchase the cashless payment conversion kit for these machines. This is what most of the other Sonesta Hotels have done.

We were not impressed with having to pay $20 per night for parking on site. You would think that would have been included in the already overly priced room fee. $750 for 2 nights plus additional $40 to just park there, with very limited parking available.
Since this hotel is located right next to the MMF facility at O'Hare, it made it very convenient when catching an early morning flight. The daily 5 dollar credit was very much appreciated. We had a room with two beds and were pleased to find them separated by doors, something that we haven't seen before.
we used the hotel for an overnight stop on our way from o hare to nashville. it was very relaxed: transfer punctual, welcome friendly and quick, rooms spacious and clean and comfortable, restaurants in walking distance
It's an ok hotel if you need to stay near the airport for a night and don't what to go anywhere. The location is remote, but they have a good restaurant.
