I liked that the kitchenette worked, the parking was close by and free as it should be, & the staff was very helpful & the wifi was easy to access. & oh yea the heat really worked. I enjoyed my window view. oh yea & easy to reserve on booking.com
The bed was comfy, the shower had enough space, the couch and lazy boy was useful, so was the desk area, there was enough space for my daughter to run around. NO one judged me during check out and they offered to help with carrying bags or the door. They were nice to my daughter. There was an elevator. They made sure to give me my new towels and cloths without hassle.

This is my second stay here. Both rooms were VERY clean. The staff is super friendly. The mall is a few minutes away. Next time I come to Virginia, I'll be booking Fairfield Inn.

The easiest way to get around Richmond is by foot. That is if you aren't going to far from where you are starting. Other wise it is hard to find a parking place that you don't have to pay for.
Look up on the internet and check it out. It has a lot to do with.

I happened to be there on a Monday, a day on which several museums and shops are closed. To be fair to Richmond, I wouldn't judge it based on one rainy day in December. I've no doubt it's a pretty city in the warmer months.

We stayed in the Short Pump area where our daughter recently moved. Loved the whole area. Beautiful trees, walking trails, area is clean, felt safe, tons to do. Plan to come back and visit a bunch of historic sites next time too!

Unique hip hotel in middle of downtown and walking distance to sites and restaurants..even late night pizza 1 block away! Also had complimentary cocktails..lobby well thought out with activities..makes you want to hang out and socialize.
Good kitchen facilities, nice bathroom space. Balcony was a nice bonus! Really interesting stuff nearby like museums and parks, as well as some lovely bars and restaurants. Host was friendly and communicated well.
Location was the best and the rooms are large. Starbucks and fitness room located downstairs which was very convenient. Safety inside hotel is high however have to pay $25 a day to self park.
