Everything was fantastic. Went to a concert in Milton. The hotel was 15 minutes from the Milton Theater, and there were many restaurants in the area of the story. The beds were super comfortable, which is important to me. As I have a very bad back.

We stayed at The Avenue Inn and Spas- very nice place.
We went on a Dolphin cruise in Lewes, Delaware on Fishermans Wharf. That was nice.
People are Friendly there in Rehoboth Beach.
Would Recommend staying. Even, for a short Weekend Get Away!

We have been going to Rehoboth Beach since the late 1970's and it is always been a great time. We love the beach and the shops and boadwalk. Many more good restaurants there than other beaches. Rehoboth Beach is our favorite beach.

Rehoboth Beach, the beach area itself, required you to pay for parking, if you could even find a spot. It was crowded and had a lot going on, most of which most people would consider positives - but I am not most people.
The larger community had a lot of traffic.
It also had excellent restaurants - both in terms of choices and quality. It had three outlet store centers, great both for walking and for shopping.
We also enjoyed driving a little in all directions and enjoyed Bethany Beach, Lewes and the surrounding area.

The Delaware State Park at the Inlet is 6 miles south. The beach there is quite lovely and the amenities are great; there are bathrooms, showers and a couple of options to purchase food and drink. The main road into town and the boardwalk are lined with lots of different types of shops with some unique items to purchase. The restaurants in Rehoboth are really good, with selections ranging from beach fries and subs to fine dining establishments. The diversity of people is amazing.

The beach and boardwalk appear to have a lot of fun activities, but there were absolutely no parking spaces available anywhere. Definitely needs more parking. Also, it took about 45 minutes to get to the boardwalk area from our hotel which was only 2 miles away. Horrible traffic - congestion needs to be addressed.
